Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the product, service status, registrar rules and the payment provider involved.
Digital services
Some services may become non-refundable once provisioning, registration or activation has completed. Product-specific conditions shown at checkout also apply.
Domain registrations and transfers
Domain registration and transfer refunds can be constrained by registrar and registry rules. Domify will communicate the applicable status for the order.
Payment provider refunds
Where a payment provider requires a specific refund workflow, Domify may process the refund through that provider and record the resulting status against the transaction.
